1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please refrain from using the Website.
1.1 Chaloyaar only provides a technology platform that connects intending travellers with bus operators. It doesn’t operate any bus or offer the service of transportation to the User. Chaloyaar also doesn’t act as an agent of any bus operator in the process of providing the above-mentioned technology platform services.
1.2 The bus ticket booking voucher which Chaloyaar issues to a User is solely based on the information provided or updated by the bus operator regarding the seat availability.
1.3 The amenities, services, routes, fares, schedule, bus type, seat availability and any other details pertaining to the bus service are provided by the respective bus operator and Chaloyaar has no control over such information provided by the bus operator.

2. User Obligations

2.1 You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the booking process. Any in-accuracies in the information provided may result in the cancellation of your booking.
2.2 You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the Website. You shall not use the Website for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
2.3 You agree not to interfere with the functioning of the Website or disrupt its services in any way. Any attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website or its systems is strictly prohibited.
2.4 At the time of boarding the bus, Users shall furnish a copy of the ticket, and any valid identity proof like aadhar card, passport, PAN card or voter identification card or any other identity proof issued by a government authority.
2.5 Users are required to reach the boarding place at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
2.6 All tickets issued shall be non-transferable.
2.7 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Booking and Payments

3.1 All bookings made through the Website are subject to availability.
3.2 The prices displayed on the Website are subject to change without prior notice. The final price for your booking will be shown during the checkout process.
3.3 Payments for bookings must be made in full and on time. accepts various payment methods, and the available options will be presented during the checkout process.

E-Ticket Terms & Conditions

4. Cancellations and Refunds

4.1 Cancellations and refunds are subject to the cancellation policy specified during the booking process. It is your responsibility to review and understand the cancellation policy before making a booking.
4.2 Cancellation of tickets can be done either through the User’s login in the Chaloyaar's website or mobile application, or by calling on the customer care number.
4.3 Any cancellation is subject to such cancellation charges as mentioned on the ticket.
4.4 Partial Cancellation Not allowed.
4.5 Re-scheduling of Tickets not allowed.
4.6 In case of cancellations, refunds will be processed according to the specified cancellation policy. The refund amount, if any, will be credited back to the original payment method used for the booking.

5. Refund Procedure:

In respect of tickets cancelled by the passenger, Chaloyaar will refund the amount applicable to the concerned Credit card / Internet banking account by Chaloyaar.

5.1 In respect of refunds due to ticket not booked but amount debited to passenger's account, passenger is required to send an e-mail to mentioning USERID and OB reference no. of the transaction. Officials of Chaloyaar will verify the details and refund the amount to the concerned Credit card / Internet banking account.
5.2 In respect of refunds due to cancellation of service by Chaloyaar, passenger is required to send an e-mail to mentioning USERID of the passenger, OB reference no. of the transaction and PNR No. of the ticket. Officials of Chaloyaar will verify and refund the amount to the concerned Credit card / Internet banking account.
5.3In respect of refunds for any other reasons, passenger is required to send an e-mail to furnishing user ID of the passenger, OB reference no. of the transaction and PNR No. of the ticket mentioning reasons for such refund. Such requests will be considered only if received before the departure time of the service. Officials of Chaloyaar will examine the details and take appropriate action under intimation to the passenger.
5.4 Refunds for Ticket cancellations / Failed Transactions to passengers will be given normally in 7 Bank working days by Chaloyaar, after the cancellation of ticket or receipt of e-mail.
5.5 Partial cancellation is not available for KSRTC, TNSTC & SETC, GSRTC, OSRTC Tickets booked through
5.6 Passengers have to board Bus from the pickup point printed on the ticket.
5.7 The departure time mentioned on the e-ticket is only tentative. Buses may be delayed due to some unavoidable reasons like traffic jams, breakdown, etc. However, the bus will not leave the bus stand/pickup point before the departure time mentioned on the e-ticket.
5.8 Three transactions will be allowed per day in e-ticketing, on a Single credit card/debit card etc.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
5.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access and use the Website and its content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

6. Limitation of Liability

In its role as a technology platform to enable transactions between the bus operators and the Users, Chaloyaar shall not be responsible for the operations of the bus operator including, but not limited to the following:

6.1 strives to provide accurate and reliable information on the Website, but we do not guarantee its completeness, accuracy, or timeliness.
6.2 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Website or any services provided through it.
6.3 Timely departure or arrival of the bus;
6.4 The conduct of bus operator's employees, representatives or agents;
6.5 The condition of the bus, seats etc. not being up to the customer's expectation or as per the description provided by the bus operator;
6.6 Cancellation of the trip due to any reasons, Loss or damage of the baggage of the customer;
6.7 The bus operator changing a customer's seat for any reason whatsoever;
6.8 Bus operator informing a wrong boarding point for the issuance of the booking confirmation voucher, or changing such boarding point eventually with or without any notification to Chaloyaar or the User;
6.9 Bus operator using a separate pick-up vehicle to transport the User from the designated boarding point to the actual place of departure of the bus.
6.10 shall not be responsible for any losses, damages, or injuries incurred as a result of using third-party services or websites linked to or mentioned on the Website.

7.2 By using the Website, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing Law

8.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bengaluru jurisdiction.
8.2 Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru jurisdiction..

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website. It is your responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions periodically for any updates.
