PRTC Policies
Reservation Rules
  • e-Ticket and Mobile Ticket Passengers must carry a Printed ticket at the time of journey.
  •  
  • If the passenger is traveling with 'e-Ticket / Mobile Ticket', he will have to produce the Original Identity Card mentioned in the 'e-Ticket / Mobile Ticket' at the time of the journey.
  •  
  • The reserved Journey tickets are not transferable and cannot be preponed or postponed.
  •  
  • In case of any service cancellation by PRTC due to unavoidable circumstances and no alternate service is operated in place of the cancelled services, then the passengers reserved in that particular service can get the refund by sending a refund claim mail to the Email id along with E-ticket copy to support@Chaloyaar.com and refund applicable will be made to the concerned Credit card / Internet banking account only. For the service cancellation case, the full paid amount will be refunded excluding the payment gateway charges.

  • Users are advised to print e-Ticket / Mobile Tickets immediately after booking to minimize inconvenience during instances of temporary withdrawal of e-booking due to high traffic on the website. The e-Ticket / Mobile Tickets will also be emailed to the email address provided by the user at the time of booking.

  • In respect of refunds due to the ticket not booked but amount debited to the passenger's account, passengers are required to send a refund request mail along with EMAIL ID/USER ID and Reference no. of the transaction. PRTC will verify the details and refund the amount to the concerned Credit card / Internet banking account within 7 bank working days from the date of booking, except Saturday, Sunday, and bank holidays.

Cancellation Fee Slabs:

The Transaction Charges, Reservation Charges, and payment gateway charges are not refundable.

Up to 48 hours before the departure time from the origin place. 10.00 %
Between 48 Hrs and 24 Hrs of departure time from the origin place. 20.00 %
Between 24 Hrs and 30 minutes of departure time from the origin place. 25.00 %
  • Ticket cancellation can be done only before 9 PM for the current date journey after 9.30 PM and next day journey before 7 AM

GSRTC Policies
Child fare criteria:
  • A child of not more than five years of age shall not be reckoned.
  • A child of not more than twelve years of age shall be reckoned as one-half.
Sleeper Note:
  • Trip Code having last five characters is SLP15 then For Sleeper Ticket.
  • Trip Code having last five characters is SLP30 then For Seating Ticket.
Cancellation Fee Slabs:
Duration Cancellation Charges
0-1 Day 25% of Basic Fare
2-5 Days 20% of Basic Fare
6-60 Days 15% of Basic Fare
  • No cancellation will be allowed (Advance Booking / Current Booking) after departure of bus from the original place.
  • Request passengers to be present at selected Pickup Points (Provided at the time of Booking) 15 minutes prior to the departure of the service.
  • Passengers will have to pay the difference amount at the boarding time in case of fare/levies/taxes revision as and when applicable. The difference amount will be calculated on charged fare and new fare/new levy/revised tax.
  • No cancellation will be allowed after departure of bus from the original place.
  • Refund will not be given in case of any mistake by the user during the ticket booking.

We would like to assure you that we follow appropriate standards when it comes to protecting your privacy on our web sites. In general, you can visit TNSTC website without telling us who you are or revealing any personal information about yourself. Refund rules in respect of journey tickets for E-ticket and M ticket:
Duration Deduction of Fare
Before 48 hours of the schedule time of departure of the bus from the origin point. 10% deduction of fare
Between 24 Hrs and 48 Hrs of the schedule time of departure of the bus from the origin point. 20% deduction of fare
Between 60 minutes and 24 Hrs of the schedule time of departure of the bus from the origin point. 25% deduction of fare
  • Reservation fee, applicable GST on ticket cancellation, and other applicable charges will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Between 24 hours and up to 12 Hours before departure time from the Boarding Point 25% of the Basic fare
Between 12 hours and up to 4 Hours before departure time from the Boarding Point 50% of the Basic fare
Between 4 hours and up to 1 Hours before departure time from the Boarding Point 75% of the Basic fare
Less than 1 Hours before departure time and at/after the departure time from the Boarding Point NO REFUND will be given.
  • E-ticket has to be carried by the passenger during the journey along with Original Photo ID Card of the passenger whose name appears.
